Citroen GS


 
The cars condition:

The car is in great condition, it is driven 3 to 4 times per year to various nearby places and to
old timers rallies, Each year my grandfather or my father take it to regular service check and registration and up till
now no big repairs were needed, the hydraulics spare parts are replaced every 6-7 years as suggested in the manual. Because my grandfather always owned a second car to drive around this car was always kept in garage and take out only for longer destinations, so the mileage is really low, approx 66.560km as you can see on some of the pictures. From the videos you can see that the engine starts at once, runs smoothly and the hydraulics is rising which gives the car the best suspension ever made :).
The paint is still the first, fabric one, which is really rare for such an old car and there are 3 minor faults in it. I didn't want to repaint it because an expert told me that the first paint is invaluable.
The faults are the first
pictures(that have 1 before the name):

the first one is next to the battery, during the years some of the battery liquid went out and the battery surroundings are a little rusted.
the second one are small scratches on the paint barely noticeable, made by branches probably long time ago.
the third one is a little removed paint also from the leaking of the battery acid, long time ago, it isnt rusted, just the paint is removed a little.

thats it for the condition, after the scratches you will find more pictures of the car that i took on the snow that fell today in Skopje :).
